UK STANDARD DELIVERY :  £3.50

This is delivered within 1-2 working days.  Standard parcels are delivered by Royal Mail.

UK NEXT-DAY DELIVERY:  £5.95

This is delivered on the next working day after being dispatched.  Next day parcels are delivered by Royal Mail. 

*Next Day Delivery is valid on orders placed before 12pm Monday - Friday.  Next Day Delivery orders placed on Friday will be delivered Monday.

REPUBLIC OF IRELAND:  £5.95

Republic of Ireland deliveries via Royal Mail.  This service usually takes 5-7 working days.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We are happy to ship worldwide however request that you contact us in advance of placing an order to allow us to confirm the shipping costs.  PLEASE NOTE - International orders may be subject to import tax.  Please check your country’s import charges before placing your order.

PLEASE NOTE - Our delivery time scale is based on Monday-Friday we don’t include weekends as a working day.

There are no collections over the bank holiday weekend - all orders placed over a bank holiday are processed and dispatched on the following working day.

Please ensure all delivery addresses and instructions are entered correctly.  Any parcels returned due to invalid addresses will incur a re-delivery charge, payable by the customer.

REFUND POLICY

Under the Distance Selling Regulation, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to cancel your order.  Cancellation must be made in writing with your Return Parcel.  Our Postal Address can be found below.  All items must be returned to the address below.  Once we have received your return, you will be refunded the total value of the order minus the original postage cost providing the item is unused and in original packaging.  We do reserve the right to not accept a return if these conditions are not met.

We will process your return as soon as we possibly can, please allow up to 7 Working Days after we receive for returned item(s).  You will receive an email confirming the refund has been processed.  After you receive the refund confirmation email please allow up to 3-5 working days for the money to be returned to your account.

Please note that your card issuer or bank is responsible for crediting your account, therefore we do not have any control over this time frame.  If your card has expired or has been declined we will contact you to arrange an alternative method of payment.
